Returns & Exchange
Kindly send us a photograph of the order to email@example.com along with your name, your order number. Normal priced items are refundable within 14 days from your invoice date based on the following conditions
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in original condition or defective merchandise with all original packaging including any related accessories that you received it.
Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.
Postage for return or exchange items will be borne by buyer unless stated otherwise.
IF THE GOODS YOU HAVE RETURNED TO US ARE NOT FAULTY OR DAMAGED, AND CORRECTLY CORRESPOND TO THE DESCRIPTION DISPLAYED ON OUR WEBSITE, OR THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR RETURN POLICIES OR THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITHIN THE RELEVANT RETURNS PERIOD FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO AN EXCHANGE AND WE WILL RETURN THE GOODS TO YOU AT YOUR COSTS AND EXPENSE.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your by Direct Online Banking.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
